Default Oak Barrel Kombucha

Does anyone brew their continuous kombucha in an oak barrel? I am looking into the below linked item and wondered if anyone has any recommendations.


Tap #1: Cucumber Honey Wheat Ale
Tap #2: Rye Ale
Primary #1: empty

All i know is the glass fermenter i use needs to be cleaned periodocly.Doesnt seem like oak barrels clean very easily.
