I have heard of and seen recipes for kombucha alcoholic cocktails. Will mixing kombucha with alcohol kill all the bacteria and yeast?

Recipes 

Kombucha naturally makes alcohol, I think they can hang out. I admit, I regularly take a flask of home brewed kombucha into a bar, order a shot of whisky, and mix them together. It's just delicious.
