Just got through fermentation of a hard tea (2weeks at approx 75 degrees). Initial gravity reading before fermentation was 1.060. Gravity reading now is 1.012. Should I have this much of a drop in readings?
The taste is pretty good, you can definetly taste an alcohol bite over the tea flavor though. I am hoping a few more days of settling with smooth it out a little more. Any suggestions would be appriciated.
