sorry, it isn't on our site. we are currently working on a new one and haven't put new items up... we do take call orders, however.

Have you tried roasting buckwheat or any of the others before? Was it done just like roasting other grains?

I really like Tapioca in my GF. It's a really mild honey-ish flavor that doesn't impart the nasty sweet and sour flavor.
