Default Scapa

Simple Celiac Almost Pale Ale
6# sorghum extract
1#8oz wildflower honey

Cascade 1oz @60m
Nottingham dry yeast
Yields 5.5 gallon batch
It's around 17 IBUs
The hefe that preceded this batch was 15ish so as per DKs recommendations to et the wife into hoppier beers I am going to ramp it up slowly.

Ferment around 70 for a 14days
To be bottled primed with honey

I thought about adding lemon juice to a sample cup and trying that, then possibly doing half the batch in that fashion. If it tastes right that is. Any thoughts?
