Looks good to me. Should be quite tasty. It appears you're as much a hop fiend as I am. I've never used that much maltodextrine but I have seen others so it should be fine.

What I did was do some more learning and searching... I changed things up a bit... Here is my gluten free Soraghant Bastard...

Love that flavor. I am going to age this a bit. I hear it helps to fully clear and condition the Sorghum. Hop flavor will fade.
