Default easy but good

I've been asked to make something gluten free... I'm looking for a recipe that is easy but good beer. What would you recommend?

Haven't brewed it yet, but mloster's one of the old pros here, so if he says something's good, I trust him. I plan to brew this next week, got my shipment from highgravitybrew yesterday!

The gluten-free kits from morebeer.com and homebrewers.com also look pretty good.
