Does anyone have a decent recipe for a recipe only using buckwheat? maybe some dark roasted malted buckwheat with molasses?

This one was mostly buckwheat. Buckwheat is such a dominating flavor, I wouldn't recomend using a higher % than I did. I woudn't even say you need to use the hefe yeast in my recipe because that is overpowered too.
