Default Anyone ever brewed with Soybean Honey?
I have about three pounds of soybean honey I got from a farmer in the area and am trying to decide what to do with it. I found a listing of honeys and their characters on the bjcp mead site and it looks to be similar to buckwheat honey but more floral so maybe a Belgian? Anyone have experience? Thanks!
