Default Against the Grain - Commercial Beer

Hi Guys,

Last night I tried this beer.

Beers | Against The Grain | Wold Top Brewery

Unlike the st peters gluten free I didn't suffer a horrible reaction so it's definitely gluten free to me. Now what spins my head is that the beer is made from barley and maize.

How do they extract the gluten? Is it with clarex? Will email today and see if they share their info.
