From what I see people are using WLP007 for Arrogant Bastard Ale Clone. While I like Arrogant Bastard I am not normally fond of dry beers. So I was thinking about swapping out WL001.

Would people who know more about yeast than I do chime in with their thoughts.

Would WLP002 be the less attenuative option here? I think you still want the English character, just not as dry.

I really liked the AB clone with 007. I used 10% spec b and it finished about 1.008- but didn't seem overly dry
