Default Yeast strain look-up

Does anyone know where I could obtain a printable file, PDF or what not, of yeast characterisics. Something I could keep in my brewers log, to review, stare and drool over now and again.

I was on Wyeasts website but all their strains have individual sites that I couldn't print very easily.

Thanks! Trails & Ales.
-Johnny

If you were really desperate, then you could just compile all of the sites onto a word or text document.

Then you could share it with the rest of us

Your LHBS will probably have copies of their little accordion-fold pamphlet that lists all the strains. If not, I'm sure they'd mail you one. It doesn't seem to be on their site.

The second google result looks like it might be what you want: http://www.google.com/search?q=wyeas...collection+pdf

This is a couple of years old but it's a start

http://www.mrmalty.com/yeast.htm

Doesn't have any dry yeasts either but here is a link to Lellemand/Danstar

http://www.danstaryeast.com/products

And from Brew Your Own magazine

http://byo.com/resources/yeast

Sorry, I couldn't bring up Fermentis. It kept making my Anti-virus crazy.

Hope this helps ya out.

Check out white Labs. They have all the strains on one page. Saves a bit of copying and pasting.

I tried to do something like this but realized that it was much quicker to just bookmark the Wyeast page with all the varieties then click the one I want when I need to compare them.
