So im brewing a Helles Bock using the white labs southern german lager yeast. Ive heard that i need a much higher cell count than with an ale. So if i was doing an initial 2L starter, how many times should i step it up after the initial starter to get the correct cell count that i need for this bock with an OG of 1.067? Also when i do step up, should it be another 2L of wort? Thanks for the help people!
