Default Wyest German Ale 1007 lag time

Long a lighter German style Ale OG 1.044. Pitched Wyeast 1007 German Ale almost 24 hours ago, proofed it before hand didn't do a starter but smacked the internal pack 3 hours ahead of time like the directions said. Current temp is 68 F and I have no signs of an active fermentation. How long should I let this ride before I repitch. I only have a package of dry Safale 05 on hand. My last experience with mixing 2 yeast was horrible, ruined the beer. This is my first attempt with liquid yeast and my fourth batch overall. I have 2 successful and one failure under my belt. Suggestions?

I just made a Gratzer with 1007, made a 1L starter and it still took a good 24hrs. I'd give it some more time, at least another day. As long as you're clean and sanitized you'll be fine waiting.
