Hi all,

My Wyeast smack pack is smacked because I was going to brew this evening. Something came up and now I can't brew until tomorrow around noon. There will be almost 24 hours elapsed from the time I smacked it until the time I can pitch. Will the yeast be okay? Should I put them back in the fridge for the night or leave them alone in the smack pack?
