In the process of building dualstage temp controller as we speak. Shipping delays caused this problem. My fermentation chamber is in my car port (2 walls open and attached to the house) and it held steady at 61 degrees for 4 nights straight. Last night it finally dipped into the low 30's here in NC and the wort temp read 38 this morning. Should I swap to secondary, repitch yeast, or just slosh the bucket around to rouse the yeast?
