Default Wyeast 1275 Experience?

This is my first time using this yeast. Wyeast instructs to ferment between 62° to 72°. Does anyone have experience with fermentation temps? Since my basement is cold right now, I am planning to use a "swamp heater" with an acquarium heater.

Any feedback on the swamp heater or the temp would be appreciated.

I've used that yeast a few times over the years. My basement is where I ferment and it experiences the temp ranges you post. I don't use a heater of any kind, short of the heat the furnace gives the basement.

What is the temp of your basement?

It is about 55°. I thought that was a little too cold. My swamp heater test setup seems to hold at about 63° - 64° so I think I am going to give that a shot.
