I landed a pretty fresh vial of this. Any killer recipes for it? I also have tons of Saaz and Perle.
I've used it for a dry stout, abbey dubbel, and saison type beer. It's a very versatile strain.
Got any citra and amarillo? My saison (maybe more like a pale ale) used those and it's really good. It's posted on here.
Actually, it seems perfect for a Belgian IPA. I'll just Perle bitter, and Saaz flavor.
