I'd like to hear some suggestions on what type of brew you suggest that I pour on my Imperial Stout WLP007 cake.
That would be a good yeast for a porter or a barleywine, though it's usually not a good idea to reuse yeast after it's fermented a really big beer. What was the OG on your imperial stout?
I'm too lazy and have too many beers going to keep updating this!
1.084 was the OG.
you typically want to go bigger as a general guideline
