I washed some 1056 yeast from a previous batch and am looking to brew with it this weekend.
What are some of your favorite 1056 fermented beers?

You can make a lot of great beers with this strain. My favourite was probably an APA.

Thats like saying what is the best dish you have cooked with mirepoix. 1056 is a blank slate and can be used for most any style, which is good news. I'm making the founders breakfast stout clone tweaked with this yeast soon.
