mrmalty tells me i need 14 grams of dried yeast for my batch.
i have a 11.5 gr packet of US-05, so i'm 2.5 gr short (or 18%). should i be concerned?
i have a pack of T-58 with no immediate need for it, so i could use a small portion of it to boost the cell count.
thoughts?
