Default Which of these yeast strains should I use for an Irish Red Ale?

Hello there,

I'm getting ready to brew an Irish Red Ale, I've picked up the best ingredients (I think) from my brewery store, however I'd like you to sugest me wich of these yeast would be better since I'm not sure about it:

Safale Us04 (Fermentis)

or

Windsor Yeast (Lallemand)

(these are the only English strains that I'm able to get since there are not much brewery stores where I live).

Thanks a lot in advance!

I actually just brewed another red today and I have loved the results that I get with s-04. I do ferment on the low side of the temp range so it imparts a very light flavor. Depending on what temp you ferment at you might get some more esters that you would care to have.
