Default Stir Pllate: Sanity Filter Needed On Beaker?

I'm going to be purchasing a stir plate soon and was just reading about one on MoreBeer. It says that since the stir plate creates a funnel and therefore sucks air into the beaker, on top of the beaker there should be a sanitary filter to prevent wild yeast from getting in. What is your opinion on this? I was just going to put aluminum foil on top of the beaker, but what about the chances of wild yeast getting into the starter?

I was gonna say... after reading the title, I was hoping I could get a sanity filter that I could bring to work.

Just put some sanitized aluminum foil over the top. That is all that is needed.
