Default Starting a Yeast Bank

I would like to start a yest bank, but have a few questions. Can I make a starter out of a White Labs Vial and pour some it back into the Vial to use later. When storing these vials, what is the best temp? Normal refridge temp or my keezer (33`). Lastly how many times could I keep these process up of making starters and saving some to make another starter. Thanks for the help

I would not re-use the WL vials

I don't want to pitch the whole starter. I just want to save some to make another starter at a later date. So wouldn't have to wash the yeast. Just pour some out to save????
