Default Starter late after brew
M brewing tomorrow however I forgot to make my stater today. What would happe if I brewed and added my starter a few hours possibly the day after it was but in the better bottle??

I would hope your sanitation was impeccable. I would wait as little as possible after brewing and pitching the yeast for a normal brew.
