Splitting yeast in 3.
Hi, we bought 2 white lab burton yeast flask and we want to split them in 3 23 litres fermentation cask. We bought the stuff to make a yeast booster but we are un easy with the technique. Can anyone help us?
You have to calculate pitching rate and then how big starter(s) you need to get appropriate cell count.
