Default Six weeks and counting

I have a belgium triple (extract) that has been in primary since 11-9 and it is still bubbling through the airlock about every 40 seconds. I am getting concerned that this has been in primary for six weeks and it is still fermenting. At what point should I be concerned about how long this is taking to get through primary fermentation?

a trippel can go that long, but at 40 seconds, it's getting ready. i'd consider moving it this weekend

It's probably been done for a while, and is just now off-gassing. Take a hydrometer reading to be sure, of course.

Thanks guys... I will measure it and rack (if ready). I typically just wait for the bubbles to stop before i rack, but i have never done a beer this big before.
