I'm just curious as to what is the longest that you have had a brew in the primary or secondary?
Currently have a batch that was in the primary for 10days and now has been in the secondary for a month. Today I am dry hopping it for about 7 days then straight into a keg and the fridge.
What is the longest you have gone with a batch in the secondary?
Any concerns with ill effects?
