Just want your thoughts on this "dry" lager yeast...what are your impressions using this yeast.
Remember one unassailable statistic, as explained by the late, great George Carlin: "Just think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half of them are even stupider!"
"I would like to die on Mars, just not on impact." Elon Musk
Iv used it a couple times, fermented around 14C, tasted fine. Definitely needs a good long lagering to clear up though, not great attenuation, finished quite high for me 1.015-1.020 for beers that ussually finish around 1.010 with notty.
I made a California Common with it; fermented at 61 deg for 3 weeks. One of the best beers I have made.
