Default Can you rehydrate with bottled water without boiling?

Just a quick question. I'm doing a vienna lager and using w-34/70. I'm going to rehydrate at 73 degrees per instructions. My question is would you use Bottled water to rehydrate without boiling? Is it clean enough do you think? That would make things easy as it is almost at the perfect temp at room temperature. Boil it or not?

Thanks
