Default Probably white mold (pics)

Hi all.

So after my experiences trying to ensure my Oktoberfest ale went okay (detailed here), I checked in on the beer this morning.

It was ringed with small, white looking clumps (barely clumps) that I optimistically hoped to be bubbles / yeast maybe. Or flavor particles, really, anything but mold.

This evening, I checked again and I believe the clumps have grown larger / more definition. Included are some (unfortunately blurry due to condensation) pics - pretty much mold right?

Reason: condensation, not compensation
