Default pitching washed yeast without a starter

does this look like enough s05 for a low gravity blonde? It is a pint jar. I'd rather not mess with a starter.

Yes. How old is it? If its under a few weeks I would pitch it straight as is.

While asking HBT members will probably work, mr. Malty.com has a pitch rate Calculator that takes into account harvest date, batch size and OG, slurry thickness, and non yeast percentages of that slurry.... That's who I'd ask.

But yeah, it does look like 70-80 mil or so, and I never wash yeast or make starters for slurry.

Looks almost exactly like the amount of slurry I pitched into my 1.036 saison. Mine was a couple months old, but worked like a charm! About an 8 hour lag time, which I think is pretty decent.
