The yeast will be fine once they warm back up. However, if you pitch directly on the whole cake, you'll be overpitching by quite a bit. You probably only need about 25% of the yeast cake for a healthy fermentation. With that said, I've personally pitched on a full yeast cake before and it made great beer, but if I were to do it again, I'd probably pull out about a quarter of the cake and pitch that.
