I did a RIS with 1.093 unfortunately it's done at 1.03, I've tried all the suggestions you guys gave in other threads but she's done. Oh well, worse things can happen.
I wanted to harvest the yeast but wanted to make sure they aren't to stressed to make it worth while. At one point the temps got up in the high 70's before I got it cooled but then it went to low 60's and stopped. (yes fermchamber is on the list in a big way)
What do you say is it worth it to wash and harvest? Thanks
