Default My yeast starter showing activity, is it OK to pitch

This is my first batch to which I have used a yeast starter.
I am ready to cook a partial mash Arogant Bastard clone.
I will be using White labs Ale yeast and have made a starter.
Do I wait for Co2 activity to cease prior to pitching?

Just get your wort to the same temp. Swirl your starter and pitch.

No, The purpose of a starter is to just get the yeast going
as long as you have active fermentation in the starter you can pitch anytime.
