Default measuring yeast count

Im having a tough time measuring how many cells of yeast i have in my harvested from a bells bottle yeast. I dont know when the bells batch was bottled. So i dont think the mr maltys calcs are relevant. Can i go off of if it brings a starter wort of xx down to a fg of xx?

Read this, it should help. There's also a ton of threads about harvesting from bottles, many specifically about Bell's yeast. Search "Yeast Harvest, Bells Amber Ale" here on HBT.
