Default Made a starter, help?

I made a starter. Two days went by and I wasnt sure when I was going to use it so I boiled more DME, decanted off the liquid, cooled the new starter juice, and poured it into my jar.

Now the starter yeast (or something inside) looks doughy, it looks like it is tacky and kind of sticks together. Is this trash? WTF is this? Wish I could post a pic, sorry I cant.

Sounds normal to me. The yeast have multiplied and settled down at the bottom.
