Long time in primary...yeast washing still an option?

I have an American Pale Ale in the primary for 3 months now....I know, lazy but life has been hectic. I plan on bottling this weekend and was going to wash the yeast. Any concerns?

Secondary: Russian Imperial Stout
Aging in bottle:
