Yeast was slightly 5 degrees warmer than the wort. Lhbs says to re aerate and pitch more yeast.

When I got home from work last night - ~52 since pitching - I had signs of life. This morning active fermentation.

All is well

At 72 hrs tshank, I agree get more yeast in there.

Aerated for 5 min with o2 this morning and re pitched. The wlp833 I ordered from more beer did arrive warm despite the two ice packs, maybe the yeast was dead. Hoping to see some sign of life after work today!

Old yeast must have been DOA, bubbling in the airlock started 6 hrs after pitching the new yeast...Morebeer gave me a credit for the old yeast! They have always been good to deal with over the years.
