I'm fermenting a lager for the second time, and have jus finished my diacetyl rest. Is there any harm in the beer sitting at 63 degrees for a week before i rack and begin lagering?
On Draft: Magnum Single Hop Ale
Primary 1: I'm Afraid of Americans Barleywine (Oak Aging)
Primary 2: Drunkin' Donuts Porter
Primary 5: Ed's Apfelwein
You're good. Is it to accommodate another beer? I'll sneak in an ale while the temp is at 62 degrees. Once fermentation slows I'll pull it out to finish at room temp and crash the lager.
