yeah there was a pretty hefty amount of ingredients. Lots more then my first brew I made, but it was lighter...

Any idea what alcohol content that should be?

should be around 5%, give or take a lil depending on where it finishes

oh, one more thing, i suggest investing in a liquid crystal thermometer: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/wiki/images/4/40/Stick_on_thermometer_horiz_360x158.jpg

i know modern homebrew in cambridge has them, they're cheap and then you know your actual fermentation temperature instead of ambient

What type of yeast was it? Certin strains start and finish quickly it may be fine just let it clean up after itself.
