I usually use starsan but I have some idophor so decided to use it.
So.... when I was racking my Enlglish Mild into the secondary I forgot to dump the 3/4 cup of idophor sanitizer out. Now I know that would not hurt if I were using starsan but I am not sure about the idophor.
Any Help?

You had 3/4 cup of diluted iodophor sanitizing solution that the beer touched, or 3/4C straight up iodophor?

With 5 G beer, 3/4C of iodophor sanitizing solution, when mixed at the recommended 12.5ppm concentration, will have a negligible affect. 3/4C straight Iodophor will discolor your beer and have a big iodine flavor. I wouldn't recommend the latter!

The idophor was mixed as per instructions on the bottle, mixed with water.

You are good to go. I always have some residual when I keg and fill my fermentor, never have I had any iodophor flavors.
