Default Help! My homebrew is infected!

Hey everyone!

I've been homebrewing for about half a year now so I'm still fairly new to this.

I recently split a 6 gallon batch of stout across two 5 gallon carboys for secondary. They've been sitting for just over 7 days and one of them has developed this film.

I'm positive half of my last batch got infected

I've never had this happen and have zero concept of what to do. I've made this beer before and I know that it doesn't mellow out to tastiness til at least 4 weeks in the bottle. Should I go ahead and bottle this? What do I do about the biofilm when I rack it to a bottling bucket? How screwed am I?

Thanks for all your help!
