Vienna Lager primary fermentation 15 days in at 49F. What is the haze that is forming? Is it normal? Recommended practice for getting ride of it?
Looks like my first lager. (And only lager). Stuff settled out and it's clear. Tastes good when served mid forties. I love the malt complexity in that style. Matter of fact, I think I'll go to the basement and pop a top on one now.

Looks like yeast dropping out of suspension to me. Just let it be and it'll continue to clear.
