Default Fermenting still at day 11

I am used to delayed starts but never prolonged fermentation. I had active fermentation within 6 hours of adding yeast starter. Went strong for 4 days. Now at day 11, I still get a bubble every 12 secs. What should I do? I want to dump the trub out of my conical.

You need to check the gravity, that's the only way to term if its fine fermenting or not. Bubbling in the airlock could be due to change in temperature, pressure, or fermentation. I've had several beers take about 2 weeks to completely ferment out, others in 4 days
