Default Fermenting in a Corny Keg Question...

I've started fermenting this way recently and really like the process.

Say I clean my keg properly, sanitize and purge it with CO2 adequately and keep it stored at pressure.

If it sits like that for a week or two before I brew into it, is there any reason I'd have to re-sanitize it?

I'd say you would be good to go. Just pop it open and put fresh wort into it.
