I moved the fermentator to start the bottling process and the airlock started again. Should I wait longer and bottle in a few days?
Did this happen because the slight shaking of the bucket?

Have you checked your SG? If not it would be a good idea to see if the beer is finished.
Could just be some degassing.
A degree up or down can make the airlock go ,
The weather can make the air lock go
It's hydrometer, or refractometer stable for several days where it should be then bottle, not before !
I think its done, oatmeal stout.
