Default Fast fermenting lager yeast.

Im looking for a fast fermenting lager yeast. I have a group of friends that love light beer and need to find a way to up my output. So...........any lager brewers know any fast fermenting lager yeasts?

Even if they ferment fast you're still looking at 3-4 days for d-rest, about a week to crash cool and clean up the rotten egg smell and THEN you get to begin lagering phase. Once that is done, then you have to carb your beer. So, outside of fermentation for a normal gravity lager (1.055) and say you can double up on lagering and carbing your still looking at 6.5 weeks.

So if you have a fast yeast it could be 8.5 weeks, a slow one could be 9.5 weeks.
