Default Expired dry yeast.

I have 3 packages of Notty that expired on 6/11. I have plans to make an 11g batch of English bitter (OG 1.04) and I have all the ingredients on hand except for fresh yeast. Has anyone used slightly expired dry yeast without problems? I was thinking I could pitch all 3 packages, but have worries about having too many viable cells and over pitching.

First State Brewers

Bottle: Rochfort 10 Clone, Bourbon Oak Pumpkin Ale
Keg: Kolsh, Marzen, Saison, Belgian Strong Ale, Brewskie the Elder,Pomegranate Apfelwien, Rye Dortmunder Export, English Bitter

I would make a starter to make sure your yeast is still good.
