Default european lager done fermenting in a week?

European lager can and 3 pounds of pilsen dme. No bubbles out of airlock after 5 days. Temp is 51. Is this possible? Can I transfer to carboy and lager? Advise needed

Buy another one.

Yes it is possible but a pretty risky conclusion to draw after five days @ 51, unless you pitched a crapload of yeast.
